Book Recommendations

   Hey y'all,

After this summer I feel like I have read my fair share... I have also acquired a few new accessories for my reading addition.

Books started to pile in my room and I had myself quite the stack before I knew it. Thanks to BookTok I would consider myself a reader since 2020. To help with my ever growing book pile I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a kindle on Prime day. I also decided that I should get a case to match my new navy blue kindle.

Down to my favorite books I will split it up by favorites by genre:

MYSTERY

The naturals series... this book is about teenagers who each have special people reading skills and they get recruited to work within the FBI. While they are still teenagers they try navigate the lives of being agents and kids at the same time.

 NON-FICTION

The Boys' Club... This book I found very powerful and compelling. It is a story of a female lawyer in a large law firm doing merging and acquisitions in NYC. Her story shows how the New York work life changed her and the people around her.

ROMANCE

This is my absolute favorite genre! There are so many different options for how spicy and tropes that you are able to choose from. But as of this summer my favorite book has been Meet Me at the Lake . This book has a setting that I can relate to because I had spent the past 5 summers on a lake. The first book I many peoples opinions was a better but I think they were about even.

FICTION

This is just a general genre and I have to share one of my most recent reads that I have been loving. Another very different trope that I don't read much of. This book really touched my heart and I loved having a medical touch that I can relate to. Happy Place

SERIES

My favorite series is quite the spicy romance but I loved every book and I loved how interconnected the books were. The Twisted Series follows 4 college best friends and how they individually find love book by book. The books get longer as they go and you really get to love the characters and learn how they each interact.

These have been some of my favorite summer reads that I have loved!!
